  2. Allow Price Increase Above Competitorโ€™s Price While Maintaining Buy Box Eligibility

Description: Currently, when creating a custom strategy, there is no option to raise the price above a competitor's price while staying in the Buy Box. The existing options restrict price increases to below or at the competitor's price. We need an option that allows price increases above the competitorโ€™s price, acknowledging the potential risk of losing the Buy Box. Current Options: Option 1: Raise price based on competition. SmartRepricer will raise your price to a specified amount BELOW the price of the next competitor whose price is higher than yours and is eligible to win the Buy Box. This aims to maximize your profit. Option 2: Raise price based on your own price. SmartRepricer will gradually increase your price at the rates you set, NOT EXCEEDING the price of the next competitor higher than you and eligible to win the Buy Box. This aims to maximize profit without losing the Buy Box. Use Case: For example, if the competitorโ€™s price is $20 and I have the Buy Box at $19.99, I want the ability to raise my price above $20 while staying in the Buy Box. Proposed Enhancement: Introduce an option to raise the price above the competitorโ€™s price by a specified percentage or dollar amount and/or at specified time periods. This option may include a disclaimer that the action carries a risk of losing the Buy Box but could be beneficial in scenarios where the user prefers to test higher price points. Suggested Implementation: Option 3: Raise price above competitorโ€™s price. SmartRepricer will raise your price to a specified amount ABOVE the price of the next competitor whose price is higher than yours and is eligible to win the Buy Box. This aims to test higher price points while acknowledging the risk of losing the Buy Box. Parameter: Set a percentage or dollar amount above the competitor's price. Disclaimer: Include a message stating the risk of losing the Buy Box with this option. Option 4: Raise price based on your own price. SmartRepricer will gradually increase your price at the rates you set, NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT the price of the next competitor higher than you and eligible to win the Buy Box. This aims to test higher price points while acknowledging the risk of losing the Buy Box. Parameter: Set a percentage or dollar amount increase per time period. Disclaimer: Include a message stating the risk of losing the Buy Box with this option. Impact: This enhancement will provide users with greater flexibility in pricing strategies, allowing them to explore higher price points and potentially increase profits while still considering the dynamics of the Buy Box. Additional Notes: These features would significantly benefit users who are willing to take calculated risks to maximize their profit margins by testing the upper limits of pricing while still aiming to retain the Buy Box.

  3. Upload Feature Fails to Update Min Price and Max Price for Last Line

The upload feature does not update the Min Price and Max Price for the last line in the uploaded file. This issue occurs consistently under the following scenarios: When updating a single listing, the upload feature fails to update it. When updating two listings, only the first listing is updated; the second listing is not. When updating all listings, the last listing in the file is not updated.

  4. Update strategies using the Uploads feature

Why this idea is useful: Regularly changing strategies helps businesses stay competitive by adjusting to market trends, pricing fluctuations, and inventory levels. Automating this process through uploads saves time and reduces errors compared to manual updates. Who would benefit: E-commerce retailers: Those managing a large number of SKUs who need to frequently adjust pricing, promotions, or inventory strategies. Inventory managers: Individuals responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels and pricing strategies. Business analysts: Those who track market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. How it should work: The same way as updating Min Price and Max Price using the Uploads feature.

  5. Create multiple custom groups

better sorting means easier inventory management. this could be especially helpful for sellers with large inventories of single-off items unlikely to be replenished regularly.

  7. Used BuyBox column

What is the status of a pricing strategy for used items -- primarily books -- that would target the used buy-box for both FBA and Merchant Fulfillled? With NuPrice we could easily manually reprice based on what was shown for new vs used buy-box. Coud a column be added to show the current used buy-box?

  8. "Not used" vs. "New" filters

In the filters there are conditions to select Like New, Good, etc. Not quite sure why there is a "Not Used" as well as 'New" filter. I would think both of those would mean "New"? Could this be changed to a "used" filter instead of "not used" ? Then all used books could be reviewed at once.

  9. Syncing prices, then adjusting them once they are in the repricer

"if you have it synced with IL it will pull and overwrite the items that you set manually or with a rule. Idelaly you could sync your min and max and cogs but then adjust them once they are in the repricer. Right now we have to set a manual rule anytime we want to adjust anything."
